I have nothing but praise for dbsdevelopments ................................ Ricky was extremely polite, and friendly when I contacted him for a quote to repair our leaking room.
He was very efficient in getting back to me with a written quote; supplying three options and gave solid advice on the best solution - which wasn't the most expensive!
He has an excellent team working with him who carried out the work in a very efficient manner. DBS are totally reliable and all their work comes with full guarantees and they even produced before and after photos for my reference. The other great news is that the roof is completely water tight. I'm sure there is nothing dbs can't tackle. I can recommend them very highly |

As many people are, I was concerned about getting in builders to do some refurbishment on the front of my property following previous work I had carried out that was not done to a professional standard and the programmes you see on the telly now around Rogue builders.
I was referred to DBS developments by a friend of mine who is also a builder. I can’t thank that person enough now as the whole work was carried out in a totally professional way, from the first visit and quotation to the completion of the work. There were a few opportunities along the way due to the Council and myself. This was resolved by DBS with no disturbance.
DBS’s workforce was also very reliable & trustworthy. As with many people I still had to work while this was being done and left a key so they had access to the property. The inside of the property was left each day the way they had found it.
I wouldn’t hesitate in referring DBS to anyone as I know they take pride in the job they do and do it to a very

We employed DBS Developments over a number of years to refurbish our five bedroom London home.
The work included:
Replacing a flat roof skin and applying decking to a roof terrace.
- Form a glass extension which would join the kitchen and sitting room up and give the ground floor a circular flow. (Also repeated with the adjoining neighbor).
- Create one more bathroom and totally replace two more.
- Re-plaster ceilings and walls, fit integral spot lights to all rooms.
- Replace old floors with new ones to include under floor heating on the ground floor.
Finally, the men worked well together with a real team spirit they were on time with the development and consulted us at all times when inevitably some jobs were more difficult than they first seemed.
At the end of the three months hard work we were very happy with their workmanship, we have no compunction in recommending Mr Moore’s company to anyone contemplating all types of building work large or small. |
